So what’s holding you back?
For many years I could not accept who I truly was. I followed other people’s expectations of who I should be and I created a life of chaos. I stumbled into whatever seemed safest at the time. Each step had only one intention; “don’t make it worse”. It was directionless and it took me a long time to realise that life was meant to be so much more.
So, I dedicated my life to change. I dedicated it to my own growth and wellbeing. I learnt how to listen to my inner voice. I moved out of the chaos I had created. I stepped into a life of calm and purpose which I didn’t even realise I was capable of. And in this place, everything is possible.
I now know that everyone has their own inner wisdom. Everyone is capable of building the life they dream of. Helping people find this inner wisdom is my new dedication, my new life. For me, this is the haven where it can be built. Welcome to Feelosophy. I’m so glad you’re here.

I’ve found that exploring Earth’s beautiful foods and learning what’s best for my mind and body is one of life’s joys.
Over recent years I’ve tried plenty of healthy food plans including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan. I have settled on a vegan diet, taking into account my monthly cycle for optimum nutrition. I adopt a balanced way of eating which is intuitive to what I want. I don’t deprive myself of foods (other than meat of course). See my All Things Nutrition page for recipes and tips. I hope it will help give inspiration for this healthy and exciting way of eating.
